When disaster strikes, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐰 responds. We are a nonprofit humanitarian organization on the front lines, mobilizing to deliver critical, life-saving aid where it's needed most. Our mission is dual: to provide urgent help today and to build the foundation for a self-reliant tomorrow.

In early 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic swept across Pakistan, fear and uncertainty gripped the nation. Hospitals were overwhelmed, families struggled to access food and medicine, and entire communities were left vulnerable. In the midst of this crisis, Project Act Now was born — not in an office, but on the ground, where help was needed most.

We started with a simple mission: act immediately to save lives. What began as a small team of volunteers distributing medical aid and food quickly grew into a movement. In our first year alone, we reached over 5,000 individuals across urban and rural communities with emergency support.

Our initial mission proved the need was vast, and our response grew to meet it. From flood relief in Punjab to winter support in KPK, Project Act Now has become a trusted, nationwide humanitarian force. Through a network of local volunteers and partners, we’ve delivered over 100,000 meals, distributed 15,000+ medical kits, and supported more than 8,000 families in rebuilding their lives. Our work is guided by one belief: every life matters, and every second counts.

Today, our team spans across Pakistan, united by a commitment to serve. Whether it’s disaster response, healthcare access, or community empowerment, we’re committed to long-term impact. We don’t just show up — we stay, we listen, and we build.
